We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival, incorrect items received, or items that were not delivered. To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at lailaahmedmurad@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at lailaahmedmurad@gmail.com.
